Yes, a 6 Channel RC equipment may be used in conjunction with a microcontroller to control a robot.

Can you explain your "Robot"? What exactly are you planning to do? - Like, motor control, etc.?

and I want to drive 4 motors for robot & 2 motors for robotic arm.

You will need an external battery of 12 Volts which will power your motors.

You can have speed control and direction control of the motors from Arduino. The Transmitter will provide the desired signals to the Receiver. The Rx will provide those signals to Arduino which can process them according to your specific needs (for example, driving your robot's motors).

You can get an idea about the program/ code from one of our community members.
